- Orders, payments recorded for an order, returns, support messages and evidence you provide for a claim.
- Information needed to maintain account security and store operation, such as sign-in records, device information and limited activity diagnostics.
How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, handle support and returns, maintain transaction records and prevent misuse. We do not ask you to send a full card number, CVV, password or OTP in a support message.
Service providers
We share information required for a specific service with delivery, payment, hosting and communication providers. For example, a courier needs the recipient’s delivery and contact details. Access within our team is restricted according to staff responsibilities. We do not sell customer information.
Promotional messages
Email and WhatsApp offers are optional and are selected separately. Leaving the options unchecked does not prevent account creation or purchases. Change or withdraw your choices in My Account → Communication preferences. Necessary order and security messages are separate from promotional subscriptions.
Cookies and account protection
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, cart operation, language preferences and essential site functions. Protect your password, check your active sessions and use available two-factor authentication. No online service can guarantee that every security incident will be prevented.
Retention and requests
We retain information for the purposes described here and applicable legal, accounting and dispute-handling requirements. Account changes or deletion requests may not remove transaction records that must be retained. Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or a review of your information. Return evidence is handled privately for the relevant case.
